After let the wholemeal bread mix ingredient slept for more than 3 months in my kitchen cabinet, i baked it yesterday.
This was my 1st attempt to bake a bread, i followed the instruction at the back of the packaging, it seen like pretty simple not much preparation.
The outcome was no bad either. I would like to try on normal bread next time.
